These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cyprus Cleaners marketplace (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are

Cyprus Cleaners (“we”, “us”) is a Cyprus-based introduction service connecting clients with independent cleaners.

2. Nature of the service

  • We facilitate introductions only. We do not employ cleaners or provide cleaning services.
  • Agreements, pricing, and schedules are set directly between clients and cleaners.
  • We do not collect or hold client funds for cleaning services.
  • Disputes, changes, or cancellations are handled between the parties.

3. Accounts and accuracy

  • You must be 18+ to use the Platform.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and information accurate.
  • Cleaners must provide truthful profiles (services, pricing, availability, references) and update them promptly.

4. Booking, payment, and cancellations

  • Clients and cleaners agree service scope, schedule, and pricing directly.
  • Any deposits or payments are arranged between you and the cleaner; Cyprus Cleaners does not handle funds.
  • Set your cancellation/reschedule terms directly; communicate changes in advance.

5. Conduct and safety

  • Treat all parties respectfully and comply with applicable laws, building rules, and safety requirements.
  • No unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive behavior is tolerated.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts for misconduct, fraud, or policy violations.

6. Liability

  • We do not guarantee service outcomes or cleaner performance.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to €100.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, and content are owned by Cyprus Cleaners or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without permission.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to that policy.

9. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may update features or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signposted on this page with the updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Courts of Nicosia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
