These draft terms outline how clients and cleaners engage through Cyprus Cleaners while we operate as an introduction marketplace. A comprehensive legal policy will be published before launch.

1. Cyprus Cleaners facilitates introductions only. Service agreements are formed directly between clients and cleaners.
2. Payments, scheduling, and cancellation terms are agreed between the parties. We do not collect or hold funds on their behalf.
3. Cyprus Cleaners does not mediate or guarantee service delivery; cleaners and clients handle changes or disputes directly.
4. Cleaners commit to providing accurate profile information, documentation, and availability updates.
5. We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings in cases of misconduct, policy violations, or safety concerns.
